Recipe Rescue is a Design Eleven service. This policy explains how we handle the information and family materials you provide.
What we collect
When you place an order or upload recipes, we receive your name, email address, cookbook details, notes, uploaded images or PDFs, and basic order records. Stripe processes payment information; Recipe Rescue does not receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information only to verify your purchase, create and deliver your cookbook, communicate about your order, prevent misuse, and maintain essential business records. We do not sell your information or publish your family materials.
Free preview
The free preview and transcription tool runs in your browser. The recipe image you choose for that preview is not uploaded to Recipe Rescue.
Storage and deletion
Paid-order source files are stored privately while we prepare your book. We aim to delete source uploads within 30 days after final delivery unless you ask us to retain them for an active revision or applicable recordkeeping requires otherwise. You may request earlier deletion where feasible.
Service providers
We use service providers for payments, hosting, file storage, and transactional email. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and handle it under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your order, subject to legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs.
